She and Bobby were usually geeked out of their minds on the reality show they had, all sweaty and pupils dialating. Hoovering more yayo than Tony Montana.
When she died, I am guessing she took a few sedatives which made her crash even harder coming off the powder. Her brain wasn't getting that dopamine rush from the coke, then the sedatives kicked in and BAM....lights out. Drowning in a bathtub.....Cocaine is a helluva drug.
Her voice had really suffered from all the drugs the past decade. She reminds me of Billie Holliday, such a beautiful voice and talent, but such a tragic life and ending. Sad to see anyone go this young.Comment -

i remember when this cd came out. cd's were just new then. hell madonna's first album was not released on cd in 1982. her 1985 true blue was though.
this was one of the first cd's ever made. it was in that grouping.
this was billboard's album of the year 1986. but it was out the year before. i was into it then just as she started to get big.
what a sound. cd technology was just new. crystal clear, brilliant. the sound was now better with greater dimensions. and there she was just belting it out. brand new then.
whitney i'm sure your family, dionne warwick, and aretha franklin will forever miss you and the joy you brought.

Yeah I couldn't believe it either when i first read the news. I am really saddened by her deat. she was a terrific singer. Her song I will always love you is one of my all time favorites

We’re told Coroner’s officials informed the family there was not enough water in Whitney’s lungs to lead to the conclusion that she drowned.
