It's not whether the Clippers can cover the -10,it's just whether they want to.Charlotte is the worst NBA team in years.Maybe the worst pro sports team in years?Billups is out for good for the Clippers and they had a game in Philly last night so that's the only reason the spread isn't bigger.Charlotte could get beat by the Washington Generals.In fact,the Globetrotters could probably beat Charlotte.

Clipps -5.5 1H is my big play for the day. I have been fading Bobcats 1H all the way to the bank. I am expecting the Clippers to treat the Bobcats like they treated the Wizards. A few early lobs to get the confidence up and they should handle the Bobcats. Being a b2b and with Billups out I would expect starters to sit if they can blow out to a big lead, which makes me like the -5.5 1H to avoid the backdoor cover.

Yeah this line is really weird. By setting this line at -10 (right now it is -9.5 at most books), books knew they would get around 80% on Clipps. If they wanted more of equal action, this line would have been set around -13 IMO.
