"pick total wins by champion as tiebreaker
(total of winning picks on final 4 rounds)"

What this means is, you make a random guess at how many games the champion will have amassed between the Sweet Sixteen and Championship rounds. I.E. 22 wins. A TB most likely never comes into play given the sheer randomness of each persons bracket and the pts system.

Base your calculations off a required # of plays of 8,9,10,12 for the last 4 rounds. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
