Basically they called and said on my freeplay anything over the -200 odds on a parlay are un-allowable for my freeplays? ANyone ever heard of this?

eh yeah they are one of them what they call recreational books. I do not like books setting limits on how to wager. This is probably a deal breaker for me. I've been considering throwing a few hundo there but probably not the more I'm thinking about it. Not saying i'm big on betting +/- 200 but if I wanna do so with my freeplay I want too. Just need to play where they give more betting options.

u want no limit on dogs then play at betonline.. u can bet a +6000 dog if u want with ur freeplay

5dimes is obviously considered the best in America for the most part.. If you don't care a bout having a billion options, I'd go with betislands. While 5dimes obv pays, betislands pays the faster i've seen since Rebatewager.
