Ok first off JJ, you're the GM of SBR, at least try to understand the difference between a point spread (-7) and a moneyline (+560).

Secondly, anything that isn't living in some high rise or brownstone is probably a hick to you, so I'll take that as a compliment. Lastly, send photo of bridge you were talking about, not sure what a Brooklyn style bridge looks like, but during flash floods in these parts, we're always looking for alternative stream crossings to get from the lower 40 into town.

i dont know if this is a joke or what willie but you can actually make a nice place out of that if its yours trust me i have gutted and rebuilt houses,and lots of construction.

have a one time 30% lowes discount coupon sent to your house[post office address change packet might have one also] go to the library and get a plan some ideas to work off of.
go buy all your shit at one time in your case looks like multiple deliverys are in order might take a few months and hhired help but you could build a nice cabin,or vacation geteway spot a-1 style
