Buying 49ers Season tickets from current holder for 10k worth it?

Hey guys,

I've never own season tickets nor do I want to dish out the money for them. I was wondering, if I wanted to flip the season tickets. would I net a profit?

Tickets: Lower section, on the 45 - closer to the 50 yard mark. 6th row. Thats all my old man specified. He doesnt know section number or seat number but he kept telling me that you can walk down and shake hands with them.

So my question is, for 10k for 4 seats, is it worth it? he bought it at 7k because hes grandfathered in.
