    Betonline Rollover
Just wanted to get some opinons on how you all feel about this situation. I want to make a withdrawal from Betonline but have had trouble meeting the rollover - as my math differs from theirs on amounts wagered and everytime I request a count on my acton they tell me they have to calculate it by hand.

The other problem is, I crapped out my initial deposit and turned the freeplay into just over $3,000. I have heard horror reports of people losing all their winnings off of freeplay if they request a withdrawal before meeting their full rollover requirements, but then I get this email...

Do you think its safe to trust this Erick and request a withdrawal? I would be really pissed if I requested one and was then told i lose all my money since its from winnings off of free play money.

    Hey M***,
    This is Erick from Betonline.com.

I do apologize for the delay in calculating the amount of action you were still required to give us, however, I have some great news for you.

After a very complex set of calculations, our "Payouts" department came back to me with the following inofmation...

Free Play on initial Deposit: $900 with an 8X Rollover

    Initial Deposit: $2000.00
    Fees: $ 9.95
    FP Winning: $ 426.00
    FP Winning: $ 200.00
    FP Winning: $ 345.45
    ------------------------------
    Total: $3035.95 x 8= $24,287.60 ACTION REQUIRED

Additionally, you were awarded more Free Play with your Loyalty Points with a 5X Rollover so...

    $ 22.73 x 5= 113.85
    $179.40 x 5= 897.00

    Total Action Required: $25,298.25
    Amount of Action Given: $22,695.00

    You are currently short $2,603.25

Due to the time you have with our company, the "Payouts" department let me know that if you choose to request a payout, you will be able to receive it without complying with the rollover you have left!

Save all that info in case you have problems when requesting. Do ** or Moneygram like prev. poster suggests, that way they cant cancel check, if they change their mind afterwards for some crazy reason!
