Ok so week 1 I decide I wanna go to Reno and have some fun with week 1. This is the first time I have been to A sports book on a Saturday or Sunday during football. I get up to Reno around 9am just enough time to get the 10am games in. As I walk into Harrahs Casino(smallest sports book in the worlds) this place had more deg in one place than any place in the world.
Beside Cinci messing up my day I talked to two very interesting people yesterday. 1st was a gentleman who son played Texas Tech Football team.(I think everyone from Texas Tech was staying there) This guy openly admited to me either online or through a buddy in Vegas he bets both for and against Texas Tech each and every week
, I didnt ask the guy who is son was nor did I want to know, but I really wanted to know was could this guy get inside info before anyone else in the public knows? Also if anyone found out if his son was on a scholarship, could he lose his ride? (Even if he wasnt aware of his dads actions?) All in All the guys was ar nice guy
Guy Number 2 was a funny fk. This guy was sweating games so hard he would go ride the elevator for a few min just to cool off. That is where I met the guy and he had about 12-15 tickets in his hand and I asked him who he was on today? Big mistake, Everyone of his tickets had New England on it, Teaser, Parlay ect. So my dumbass wishes him good luck(not knowing Brady was hurt already) and this guy I thought was gonna go Hulk on my ass lol, Guy prob in debt bad now JJ style
So had fun for my first of many trips lost 300 when it was all said and done. Bet about 1500 bucks all together. Hope everyone had a good week 1 and gl the rest of the year
Oh and when I went to collect my money at 430 pm after the Arz Sf game guy next to me says he wants 1k on the bears and the sports Book clerk said "+ the points". The guy said No To win outright. I almost was about to say u fking crazy?(as was the clerk) Well looks like I should have pressed my money on that game +410 at the time
