Nicky I bet the Bears tonight at +9.5 and it looks like it is going to close at 10 or higher. It is hard to know which way the line will move so if you do that means sometimes you need to bet the very opening # if you think that will be the best line.

Nicky you are a genius at the numbers game.

Haha. That's the complete opposite of what you posted previously. Thanks for offering an explanation into one of the most simple handicapping fundamentals, Nicky. It only took you an hour to attempt to save face. By the way, I have been gambling for a living for years. I am no kid. Now why don't you explain to us all why, being the advantage gambler that you are, you would restrict yourself to making bets an hour before gametime, when markets are generally most efficient?

Well I've never seen you qualify it, only say it's impossible to win. I'll give you a break, Nicky. I'll take your word that's what you meant. But as for saying the math and philosophies that are discussed in the Think Tank are irrelevant, well you're just wrong. There are a few people who have spent a lot of time and energy using that type of information to create advanced probability models to find inefficiencies in the markets and make money long term. Beating closing numbers is only one fraction of implementing those successful methodologies and will yield greater results than simply attempting to guess market movement.
