lol, just kidding on the hattip, I really need to know. Do I just go to any moneygram agent and they pay me cash, or do I have to go to a bank or something?
Thanks!

Ace Checks Cashed/ check cashing places. Local grocery store. Wal-Mart. Money Graham is easier than Western Union IMO. The carribbean islands seem to like it more, as well.

One other, Money Graham should only cost $10, regardless of amount of $. Western Union, usually gets a % of money sent. At least that's how its done in Albuquerque.

Dave your fees are usually taken out by the book so it shouldn't cost you anything. You just get the info from your book, take your id to a moneygram location and they give you the payout in cash.
Make sure you have your id .I sent a moneygram this morning for a contest tonight so moneygram is still open.Just find a location near you.
cheers
