Ace Checks Cashed/ check cashing places. Local grocery store. Wal-Mart. Money Graham is easier than Western Union IMO. The carribbean islands seem to like it more, as well.Comment -
One other, Money Graham should only cost $10, regardless of amount of $. Western Union, usually gets a % of money sent. At least that's how its done in Albuquerque.Comment -

Dave your fees are usually taken out by the book so it shouldn't cost you anything.You just get the info from your book,take your id to a moneygram location and they give you the payout in cash.
Make sure you have your id .I sent a moneygram this morning for a contest tonight so moneygram is still open.Just find a location near you.
