i used to watch Fox all the time, now i basically watch ESPN and then ignore the rest, they don't know shit anyway. Its pretty amazing how bad Chris Berman's picks are year in and year out given that his JOB is watching/talking football.

When they're "on" don't pay much attention to them (already know what action for early games) but like to catch the half-time updates (for any potential 2H action).

Flip through all of them. When one has an irrelevant story not dealing direct with the upcoming game I switch it off.
