... I'm sorry I distracted you from making a thread about how you couldn't pay rent on time. Lakers won tonight though, you must've made bank...
For anyone who has a heart, soul, or a conscience, sucks losing someone, no matter how close they are to you. Just makes you reflect on things.

You can't expect to be a goof 24-7 and then make a serious thread and people take you seriously. Sorry your friend died

it really does become a good habit that is hard to break. i never believed in forcing people to do something through fines but it worked for me

Worked for me too. 18 yrs ago, pulled over not buckled up. Don't remember what the fine was but factor in inflation and probably $200.
Flashed my DL, motorcycle class with the G, thought he'd cut me a break. Ride motorcycle exposed to danger but expected to buckle up when in a car protected by all that metal. Nope, he nailed me. I've buckled up ever since

Seat belts saved my family and I in a serious accident a couple years ago.

Very glad to hear BIGDAY. I've never been in a serious wreck, but I hate not wearing seat-belts. Even if there's like 3 of you crammed in the backseat, still wear it.

Sad. I always wear mine, didn't when I wa younger but the noise my VW makes when it's not on has made me get into the habit of always fastening my belt.

Thanks L-KID. I was trying to bring wisdom to the forum like Dad, and give you guys a little reminder about how precious your life is and how easily it can be taken away.
