regardless of -120 on both sides doesnt mean there isnt value on any one particular side.

Lets say a bookie deals -120 on both sides, but on a particular game they have -3 -120 and every other book has -3 -130.

regardless of the fact that that book deals a wide spread, they are offering value on that particular game.

So many people say Bookmaker and GREEK are useless for bases due to 20 cent lines, but that is total BS, the question is do they ever offer value on any one particular side, and the answer is YES THEY DO!!!!
