Yup. A bunch of people have received iPads and other things. I've gotten six gift cards.

how long does it take for your points to appear in your account? for example, i have not received my points for logging in and posting yet today..

You received your six log-in points at 12:18AM. Points aren't given for posting anymore. You can always check your point-log page to see the transactions.

Just to chime in,

About a week ago I was extremely lucky and cashed out for $2740 worth of gift cards. ($1400 V:isa, $650 Amazon, $600 VividSeats, $60 Domino's, $30 Papa John's). I've received the online gift cards already, and the V:isa ones are on their way in the mail.

Previous to that, I've cashed out a PS3 w/ PS Move ($350), $200 Newegg, $200 V:isa, $200 M:astercard, and a few pizzas.

So overall, in just over a year here, I've gotten over $3700 worth of stuff!

You've definitely found the best rewards program online.
