I hear best time to go to casinos is when they first open. I don't know if it's true. I do know that the ACUAL BEST time to go is when the new year approaches. So dec 23-31. The casinos need to unload all monies in their payout accounts before Jan 1st.

To clarify. All casinos allocate a set number of dollars to be won each year. As the year ends, any money still left, must be paid out in winnings.

I still think playing slots is the wrong thing to do. You may win at first but will eventually give it all back plus more.

that is completely untrue and ridiculous, so if they had to pay out 12 million on the last day and there are only 12 people in the casino, each of them wins $1 million even if they are playing a $5 blackjack table?
