mikey, alot of posters are going to hate that post. but it's the truth. i never understood the logic behind taking time to write all your picks for people.. i dont get it.. what are they trying to gain.. respect.. they want people to look up to them.. i dont get it..

Ive got no problem whatsoever with that, if you can make money out of it, good luck to you.

What i have got a problem with is people who are asked legit questions about their methods and become abusive. I think people who operate like that (Paggot) need to be pursued, especially when he feels he can dictate who posts in what thread and when.

a good couple of years? sickler, no one can have a good couple of yrs.. you mean a good 2 or 3 week run is more like it.. they go 47-23, after 4 different times they've changed their names, then they try to sell their picks..


and if they are not selling picks, they only do it because it makes them feel good about themselves and love to be patted on the back about how amazing you are.. it makes them feel good.

in 02 at mw, i was posting 1 or 2 hockey playoff picks here and there in the main forum.. and i was never losing.. i was like 13-1.. and people were like.. wow, nicky, you are amazing man.. how do you do it, you're amazing.. and i wont lie.. it actually felt good. it put a smile on my face and did make me feel like a champ.. i felt like a celebrity and a hero.. like a star.. and i believe that's why people post picks. they want to feel that way.. they want to feel important..

its just useless and such a waste of time taking all your time writing up stuff, posting picks, trying to defend yourself against the bashers.. not worth the effort. if you really are good at this, dont share it and go focus your time on your own, and go make your own money. why have to share it with all of us? it's all about the attention they get.. they love it..

It is possible to have one or two great college or nfl seasons but I can assure you the 3rd year you will give it all back, it all comes down to percentages and the 50% number give or take approx 2%.
