yeah depending on the state unfortunately you're probably at least 10% at fault just for being there

good thing you weren't drinking too much before the accident, that's the first thing cops look at here in wisconsin when they arrive at the scene

i wasn't drinking before the accident, after i had my mind set on getting blacked out hell i was ready to catch a plane to vegas i was so pissed off.

i no ill at least be 10% at fault simply cause i have a ****** up driving record. ive been driving like a grandma for 2.5 years trying to get my

driving record clean( 3 years in CA) then this shit happens. frustrating

technically i hit the car but i slammed on the breaks as this vehicle was making a U-turn on a 1 way street

i called the police but since there was nobody injured they said they dont respond

how did you get home?
friend who was there drove me home or i would of got a cab

Cops would not respond???---only time ive heard of that, is if accident is on private property like a parking lot---public street--they want to charge somebody ---fines=revenue source.

I called police gave info they said they were sending someone out. 5 min later i got another call from a cop saying they dont respond to accidents that dont involve injuries. Weird to me as well
