I don't think any team will want to defer the ball, I think who ever wins the toss takes the ball to try and score first... But that's just IMO.

Neither can I but that is the only explanation I can come up with for why a coin flip odds prop would be getting that much action on one side.

And the Giants have taken the ball first 7 out of 9 times when they won the toss and (probably most telling) currently at pinnacle NE is -326 to kickoff first...

I think Dax is scared of us overnight sharps putting our point rolls together and hitting him with syndicate action

so they are closing them at 10 PM Eastern (7 PM Pacific)...

Not up currently. For some strange reason SBR is afraid to take $7 bets on these props overnight while real books leave $500+ limit props open 24/7.
