    Rebate Wager feedback
They were offering a promotion: 5 $50 bets, and you can keep your winnings if you're up. After my bets, I was up $90 (going 3-1-1). I contacted them for a payout, and received a moneygram for my winnings minus a $35 payout fee 3 days later.

From a processor point of view, I'm impressed. The CS was good and the payout quick. Especially considering I was on a freeroll.

The promotion doesn't let you play teasers or parlays. The only thing I saw was straight sides plays. They also had second half lines that offered good value.

They're working on cleaning up the site. There were some typos and grammatical mistakes - like "3 team teaser - ties loose".

The book is affiliated with Blackdog. They seemed concerned about improving their product, and winning customers.

Don't take this as an endorsement - either SBR or myself. I'm just giving facts.

I've noticed this particular family of books (blackdog & RebateWager) are very forum accessible. For example I went into there online chat as a guest to ask a few simple questions and I was asked where I heard that info from. When I told the lady "the forums", I was transferred directly to Sam. He answered every question I had for him not knowing who I was. So with that being said it told me right there that you don't have to be a somebody to get an unusual type of question answered.

Like Mr.Justin said above. I'm not endorsing this family of books at all, but merely sharing my customer service experiences with everyone is all. Also, I have never played at this brand of books before either, so keep that in mind as well gentlemen.

They zero out your account if you have a negative balance after the promotion.

I have accounts this year at Blackdog, Heritage, Bookmaker, BetJamaica, and Sportbet. I have had nothing but good experiences from all five.

These are the ones who wanted job details for a post-up account to get the bonus right?

The thing about Blackdog and rebatewager is that they are not huge places therefore you are going to get your money quicker because of not many request like the big shops. They are smaller so they fly under the radar also and no processor issues like the big boys. Now all smaller shops are not like this because they do not have money to pay. Blackdog has been around on the credit side for a long time so they are solid and their post up new venture rebatewager is under their umbrella. Blackdog/Rebatewager are the only small lesser know shops I support and back. In some cases smaller is better.
