Old SIA disputes

There are 3 old SIA disputes. SIA is taking another look at them.

If I handled a dispute for you against SIA, please contact me. These are all older than a year old, and a series of computer crashes are making it hard for SBR to contact the players in these disputes.

Glad to see that SIA is revisiting these old complaints.

I never got paid from SIA as they inserted new rules and applied them retroactively...my brother and i have a significant amount of balance outstanding.

SIA's decision to return deposits only and confiscate all winnings did not even have an impact on there ratings even though SBR advised that the just action would be to pay in full and enforce new rules going forward only...

Don't think they will change their decision after all this time and surely wouldnt be surprised to see additional tactics to avoid payouts specially large ones.

Oh - and believe me, this did affect their rating. There are about 3 disputes pending. They've done much better in the last year and are definitely headed in the right direction... But they need to make good on these old complaints.

Your right about that Mr.Justin. I haven't read of any new complaints levied against SportsInteraction lately anywhere. In fact I've read nothing but good things about there current processing methods for U.S. players.
