#16NYG to kickoff first is +245.
This is a little surprising to me I would think if the Giants won the toss they would defer to the 2nd half. Wouldn't the pats take the ball if they won?
Has anyone heard any talk about this?Comment -

#17Isn't this the classic sucker bet for super bowl props. Only about 6% of NFL games overall go into overtime. Every sucker is looking for the big payout which drives the line down.Originally posted by seaborneqOvertime +700. Both afc and NFC championship games should have gone in ot last week. so your analysis is completely wrong and backward, that's why the line is +245 on something that would be -110 if they both usually did the same thing (either both defer or both take the ball)Comment -

#29Sorry, these are not plus but I think they are worth pointing out. Brady throws an INT (-160) and NYG sacks NE first (-135). These two props basically go together which is why I'm going to parlay them. Brady is top notch but everyone knows he is the key to the NE offense and therefore will get tons of heat (he threw for two INT's against BAL). Similarly, the NYG sacks first is a little more dicey but NYG is getting to some quality QB's obviously (Smith for 3 I think and Rodgers for 4-I don't have my nerd notes in front of me). Anyways, I'm not a huge prop person but those caught my eye. Cheers and good luck gents.Comment -

#33Since Sept. 7, 2008, the Patriots have deferred all 28 times they have won the coin toss.
