Good for you, little buddy!

Dilfer is one of the most underrated quarterbacks of all time. One of the best pure passers in NFL History. Dilfer didn't need spygate to win a super bowl.

This thread demonstrates why non pro's shouldn't be allowed to start threads. It also serves as an example of what drugs and alcohol can do...the only thing you said that is half way correct is dilfer didn't need spy gate however he needed that defense because there is no way he could win one shouldering the responsibility...in fact dilfer is one of the worst if not the very worst qb's to have a superbowl ring...

haters are gonna hate. The fact of the matter is Dilfer won a Super Bowl legitimately. You can't say the same for Thomas Brady. Dilfer is one of the greats of all time. He's up there with Montana and Elway.

PS- videotaping signals was never against the rules, and teams are now allowed to videotape from the sideline as well! Must've been cheating, right?
From this year, which the NFL said was legal

From the NFL's Constitution & Bylaws (article 9): "Any use by any club at any time, from the start to the finish of any game in which such club is a participant, of any communications or information-gathering equipment, other than Polaroid-type cameras or field telephones, shall be prohibited, including without limitation videotape machines, telephone tapping, or bugging devices, or any other form of electronic devices that might aid a team during the playing of a game."

Read that part a few times for me
"We wanted to take and destroy that information," Goodell said. "They may have collected it within the rules, but we couldn't determine that. So we felt that it should be destroyed."
Silly Giants fans. How about you tell us again how Brady had a special rule made for him after his knee injury, even though that rule was implemented 2 years before he got hurt?

so it would be impossible to tape signals in the first half and then break the signals down during halftime and use them to your advantage during the second half doesn't qualify? And yeah I was wrong, I thought the rule was made after 08 when Brady tore his ACL.

Yes, it is impossible. Any given play is called a max of what, 3 times per half? Two or 3 people on the sideline are calling in plays. For your theory to work, the Patriots would have to analyze every opponent offensive play, identify the signal caller for each play, match that signal to a play, then memorize all of these signals. Then, when the opponents are on the field in the 2nd half, pick out which caller is giving out the true signal, match that to a play, signal in an audible for the defense to adjust, all before the QB says hike.
All of this in a 15 minute halftime, during which no player has ever come forward to say Belichick was not with the team, talking strategy for the 2nd half.
Which sounds plausible to you? it was a minor rule violation regarding where taping could occur, which has since been changed by the league. Clearly a big deal

you obviously never played football. There isn't specific signals for a particular play. For example, a signal for a particular coverage are all the same and are used in conjunction with the type of blitz. The signals will come in something like this. 1) the first sign will be the particular formation 2) second signal being a type of blitz 3) and the last signal will be the coverage for the secondary. So if you can just figure out one of those signals on any particular play, that is a huge advantage. If you figure out a particular sign is man coverage or cover 2 or 1 safety deep, that can be used to your advantage.

And the mic to the QB cuts off with what, 25 seconds left on the playclock? So they're IDing the signal caller, the coverage he's calling, and relaying that in in under 15 seconds? Damn, Belichick really is a genius! Smartest man ever!

it's well documented that pats have used loudspeakers and flashing lights on the scoreboard to signal in the defensive coverages to Brady.

Pathetic. Make a ridiculous claim, get called out on it, then hide.
What explains Brady calling out coverages post-Spygate? Revis said its genius how he does that, Ray Lewis said its like poetry. Love to hear your conspiracy theory

what does it feel like to get trolled? . You've seriously responded to a thread claiming Trent Dilfer is better than Tom Brady.

Oh, that part was an obvious trolling. I didn't respond to that though. You really believe your "cheating" claims, which I thoroughly dismissed. Can't claim trolling on those when you quoted the rule that you thought supported you
