AC Bash #2 Dates Second Thread

so it looks like a good number of you guys want to come down for the ACRC meet which is GREAT

now out of those 6 dates for the meet pick 2 days that work well for you guys and we will make it happen

looking forward to seeing as many of you as possibly at the 2012 AC Bash

not car racing, HORSE racing, and it won 14-10, again your not going to please everyone, some will like it, some won't...if you don't like horse racing we can meet you at the casino later in the evening when the races are done for example

Bobbie, we really have to think about this. The weekend rooms will be more, as you know. Will this deter a good amount of people from going? if so, make it the non weekend dates.

weekdays means days off of work kids other responsibilities and if you gamble even the rooms on the weekend arent that bad

I vote for the first two. Reasoning *It won't be a summer weekend in AC, but this will be the busiest of the periods as far as people and club activity. The second has Mur Mur on Monday as somewhat of a club saver. Just my two cents.

Prob right, but I made a suggestion of people sending Bobbie a $50 deposit, even if they don't need a room. He'll give it back when e get there. It doesn't make much sense but it is more of a commitment for going and making something of this.
