I'm not seeing it the same way as you but that's cool. we're here to bounce ideas off of each other anyway.

There are times when a line is just ridiculous and everyone is on the "obvious" side, yet the line doesn't budge. In those instances, it's probably a good idea to play the least obvious side or lay off.

With that said, this doesn't look like one of those cases to me. It's not like the Rockets are the Bulls, Heat, or Thunder. The Rockets are 11-8 and have smacked around some of the bottom feeders of the league.

What did you expect the line to be? If the Knicks are +11 to the Heat, +6.5 to the Rockets seems spot on. It's not like the Knicks were going to come in as a double digit dog against a 11-8 team.

A lot of people also like the over in this one. Personally, I like the Rockets and the under but I have not made a decision on this game and might not even play it. The Knicks struggle to score at times and if their threes aren't falling it could be ugly.

There is a reason the Heat hit their shots, ever other FG attempt was a dunk. New York plays no defense and offensively they are inept.

So yeah, they were lucky they covered last night. They probably won't shoot that well from downtown the rest of the year.

I don't see Mike D Antoni making it past this year. This team is totally disorganized on the court. When Renaldo Balkman is putting up 3 point shots throughout the 4th quarter, your team has some issues.
