Yesterday I log into my 5dimes account and they said I am cash only. I was informed that I was in the Negative Database.
When I asked why they said the processor reserves the right not to give further details. However they did tell me that it wasnt because of chargebacks. Because I have never chargedback ever.
So how do you get in the negative database? I asked about 7-8 books to run a check on me, and the only ones I didnt clear were 5 dimes, and BetOnline.
I have no idea what I did, so any insight would be great.
