I'm overly excited about this, but didn't see any posts about this yet...
Reds signed Jeff Francis to a minor league deal yesterday. I've always been a fan of him, and can definitely see him having a bounce-back year. I'm not saying All-Star appearance or anything, but I can see him cracking the rotation and having a solid year as the 5th starter.
