Going to Panama. Love the over in this one. Giants pass rush is just average although their secondary is playing great. Brady abuses them. Giants benefit from Pats soft pass rush as opposed to the 49ers. Manning able to find rhythm. These teams played each other recently so they have good tape. I don't see much punting.
