Where the f*ck do I find my account number? I e-mailed them asking what it was and if it was the same as my username and they responded that my username is used to log on. Don't want to screw up my BTP account registration.

They are fvckin useless for customer service. I remember having this problem myself, the way they give you an account number that you have no idea of is ridiculous. Sent another e-mail asking what my account number was and stated that I know what my username and password are but need my account number. The response I got:

Holy Shit...even had a hard time comprehending it on the phone. Had a difficult time explaining that the account was needed for the contest and they were a sponsor. Las Palmas is the WORST book I've ever played at and I've played at a ton brother, believe me. They are fukin the worst imaginable, I haven't tried intertops or betonline (almost tried BetO one time but the CS acted so cracked out on the phone I decided against it at the last minute) but I can't imagine a non-scam book being run any worse than Las Palmas. You have to wait 3 weeks if you deposit by CC to be able to request a withdrawal, I have to wait 2 more weeks just to get my money out of there and then if I win money at BTP I guess I'm stuck playing at that shithole unless SBR will send my winnings to another accountOriginally posted by 20Four7
