NCAAF are the same dimensions as the NFL. High School goalposts are much wider.

American Football goal posts were based on the old dimensions for Rugby Union but the rugby ones were changed/standardised about 20 years ago. They were 18'6" but are now 5.60 metres (just over 18'4").

NFL Hash marks are the narrowest of all the levels of football play. They measure 70 feet, 9 inches from the sidelines and are 18 feet, 6 inches wide. (same as the width of the goal posts)
