how many on sbr can honestly say thats what they bet per play on avergage.to me it is a complete waste of time.even if i win 100 in a row at 10.00 doesnt mean shit.total bullshitttttttttt.i need to work more overtime and start winning more often than none.it truly sucks betting 10.00 a game.
it is depressing betting 10.00 a game

#5I'm probably a 'statistical outlier' but for me, I don't really care what the amount is. For me, it's about 'how much more often can I be right than wrong?'
It could be $50, $100, $500. They're all equally satisfying if I win.
I cheer a $1 bet with the person sitting in my living room as hard as a $500 bet. But then again, I'm prob not the norm.Comment -

#10No shame in that... better to bet with in your means and enjoy the game then be like kids like warriorfan who bet beyond their means and are immaturity clowns... gambling should be fun and for entertainment for most people and not your main source of incomeComment -

#12The rush is not as great, but the low ain't as bad when you bet within your means. Imagine you had big $ on the Ravens and Niners yesterday. Been there, done that. I'm tired of it. Now bet small and use SBR points- much better off than when I was wagering above my means.Comment -

#14So is your roll is about a dime? Just picking up book's dropped change off the ground you should able to double this in a very short time (hint: focus on just about any type of +EV gambling besides betting full game spreads on major sports)...
If you can't do that I would agree that you should either consider gambling a hobby or start looking for something else to do with your time...Comment -

#17if you bet $10 a game you do it as a hobby , not to make money. I recommend $10 a game in MLB since its such a long season.
Kansas Jayhawks just fukked me . I had Kansas 1st half ML as the last leg of a huuuuge parlay , i can't believe what i just saw. last 4 possesions with a tie game kansas shoots 3 pointers and misses every single one of themComment -

#21I know many do NOT like to hear/read this... But
The amount of a bet shouldn't matter - be it , 10.00 , 100.00 , 1000.00 or 10,000
what matters is the % of your gambling BR
If your BR = 500K then a 10K bet is small potatoesComment -
