I need it on the wall man because of live betting and just convenience of not having to look at computer all the time, its a great reference, anything on a wall and you do not have to touch it is more useful than than the computer

Because a 15 ft. LED board is much easier to read, especially with guests over.

Either way, hard to really refer to someone as a big-timer with a horse tote-board. Looks like JJ has a nice setup though.

For anyone who doesn't have any programming ability it looks to me like Betting Assistant (Gruss) is probably the best way to go.

That creates and then interfaces with MS Excel sheets in which you can apply logical steps. You would need to be quite an advanced user of Excel but that is still a lot easier than learning a programming language. Just my 0.02.
