True, not like they got screwed by the refs.

It was their own teams fkn up. Good teams dont fk up under pressure (Pats/Giants). Those are clutch teams.

Ravens Harbaugh. Window closing fast with Ed and Ray...Really tho, I feel Niners gave it all they had and maxed out...More unfulfillment with the Ravens...They had it! A real roller coaster of emotions at the end. Also their play calling was just a little off. That Int by Flaco when they were rolling was real bad... Sometimes too much running, but then again I feel they should have mixed in a run in there final drive...And more Ricky Williams!

turnovers will lose most games. its part of the game. SF punt returner stands there and let the ball hit him in the leg. SF isnt ready for the big game yet because of that reason

Come on Giant fans you guys would be crying a river if the roles were different and it was Gore that fumbled. But the refs whistle called the play dead. That call could of went either way but it did look like Bradshaw fumbled that ball and the ref shouldn't of blown the whistle. Giants got a call it happens and they went on and won the game.

If the reason you lost the game was because of one play then you did something wrong. The 49ers didn't lose because of that.

They lost because they went something like 1 for 13 on 3rd down conversions, they lost because they had special teams turnovers and they lost because they didn't make plays when they had too. Simple as that ....

I'm not saying the Giants were the better team. I think the 49ers played a better game but they made more mistakes and that's why they lost.

If you want to see a screw job attempt, watch some of the calls San Fran and NY had against them last week against Green Bay and New Orleans. You could tell the NFL was getting their pants moist for that NFC title match up.

49ers obviously got screwed worse when the Giants clearly fumbled deep in their own territory in the 4th quarter, but the refs ruled forward progress was stopped, It was the quickest whistle ever in NFL history, just another black mark on Hochuli's career
