Noticed this too when they showed the replay. Would have been hard to overturn, but considering Belichick was going to kneel the ball with 2 timeouts anyway, should have challenged that call.

Doubt it would have been overturned even though he *probably* did have possession while the foot was down. Maybe worth a challenge.
