8 minutes seems to be max at utube and sbr.tv. all of justin's blackjack vids were broken down into 8 minute segments. could be that your quality of cam is too good also

Make it less than 10 minutes, and under 50 megs. Should work fine then.

The size limit might be larger, but under 50 works fine for me.
