I usually look at who the QB's are for this type of game. East- B.J. Coleman, John Brantely, Austin Davis. West- Tyler Hansen, Chandler Harnish, Dan Persa. Based on the QB's I would take the West. They are small 1.5 fav in Vegas. Game on NFL network.
