How to stop yourself from watching the game?

Maybe this could be a stupid question but I really hope that someone can help me with this.
I bet almost all the sport from NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and CBB and soccer.
I do bet alot and never have a problem with any of them. Overall I comeout ahead often. I just start betting on CFB 2 yrs ago. 1st yrs was down abit 49% but last year I'm up to 55% over 300bets in CFB which is nice.
Anyway I have a problem with this year even it only 1 week but it really bother me. Everytime I bet on CFB game this week I have to follow the game from beginning til the end even the game not on TV I still look over the net for play by play which really worn me out can someone please give me any Idea how to stop watching the game and not worry about the result. I mean I bet 5-6 MLB games everyday and never even bother about them but only CFB why????

Football is just that more enjoyable watch and there's really nothing you can do. In the NBA I don't pay any attention to the games until the 2nd half.

Go over to Home Depot and buy a couple of bricks. As soon as you are watching a football game and get pissed, simply throw the bricks through the TV screen.

go do something else and check the scores...Because you know you can't catch a random update on tv or on your phone really you have to use internet to get to a special site that has CFL scores...

Think of it in terms of utility. If you gain utility from watching or following it, then continue doing so. If not, go do whatever you enjoy or need to do. Simple.
