Yeah both teams are pretty bad. I think BC is decent at home beating Clemson and V tech. I think they get the W.

Some teams should never be favored and BC is one of them. Whenever it is dregs vs. dregs, the underdog almost always has the value because the favorite usually can't handle being expected to win. All that said, this is only -1 so not sure it applies.
