Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa is the big winner in their divorce property settlement ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple and with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... the property settlement agreement is signed, sealed and delivered -- a done deal.

Vanessa is walking away with $75 million, which we're told represents close to half of their total assets, estimated at around $150 million.

TMZ previously reported several transfers of property earlier this year between Kobe and Vanessa. It turns out, based on the property settlement, Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging ALL THREE of the former couple's mansions in the Newport Beach area.

Vanessa gets the estate the couple was living in, the estate her mom is living in, and she gets the new estate that had been under construction for 2 years and was just completed. We were told Kobe was moving into the new estate, but that's not true. It's Vanessa's crib, lock stock and barrel.

Vanessa just scored 3 ... where it counts.

She could have left then, and gotten a measly settlement, and maybe writen a book or been able to testify against him (once they werent married). But she stayed. Because she knew she would get paid. Maybe he convinced for awhile he would 'change', who knows, but I doubt that lasted too long.

As far as Dr Buss, he is a drunken degenrate that had people that had a clue helping run the Lakers. He also wasnt all that afraid to put money back into the team. The guy didnt have a dime hardly until this TV deal, and it still remains to be seen how much of that he gets to keep himself without sharing. Having the league conspire to help the Lakers with questionable trades and basically fixed games didnt hurt. The guy really doesnt know shit about basketball he made a lot of money buying up properties and reselling them, then he gave Cook an insane amount of money for the Lakers, Kings, and the Forum.

Lakers have had success sure, but he has basically been reinvesting everything he has made back into them. He overpays for everything. While that is a fan friendly approach it isnt really a smart business approach. Time will tell what happens now going forward. But the lakers havent made any real sound business decisions in a long time. Especially in regards to Kobe. The guy is going to be making 30 mil next year and 32 the year after that. They gave a 32 year old guy 90 million. So it doesnt matter what they do After that one is done, theyre already in the hole. But I wouldnt be shocked if he got 50-60 out of them for 3 more years.

Over the next three years cumulatively, Kobe is the highest paid player in the league. Also Kobe is one of the few who have played for max deals directly after rookie contract. Kobe has had about 3 max deals. Money is not a problem. The situation is just embarrassing.
