In all honestly I don't know bud gelato has been going for 6 years now and I'm just going off the awards it's won but food started only 2 months ago and we finally got approved by city for our oven... it was sent over from Italy and doesn't even need a hood but the city has been on our ass for months now and we just decided to spend the extra 5k for the hood.
