Wow. At least they had told you in advance. =/

This group is going to have to figure out a way to be conservative while not inconveniencing players. Nine was supposed to be the more liberal of their sites with a lineset that would let players play.

What's the URL of your site where your ratings are listed and the detailing of the criteria for ascertaining the ratings?

I got a similiar error when trying to sign up at mybookie and the other 3 clones. After some page reloads and trying again later, i finally had my account set up.
I remember i had the street adress error 2 times when depositing via Neteller, and again i simply had to wait 1 day or so, and after several tries it worked. (i didnt bother to talk to them, i only wanted to "transfer" a sticky bonus to pinny anyway...).

Strange stuff, but at least they got some nice girls on their pages :-P

Those are the kinda woman the 150/game high roller gets when he scores. Yeah, she is hoping for the Grand Slam Denny's breakfast. Oh baby.

Bill can you invite them to give an explanation on this? Maybe send Mr. Nichols an email and ask him about this.

This is just too tough to swallow. This language should be in their written rules if this is how this bonus works.

                    Exactly.

If they're going to pull a stunt like this, then this should be made crystal clear on the sign-up screen.

A book can have whatever rules they want - it's their business after all - but not making them clear from the outset screams "rogue" to me.

                      Hey guys,

We said a few months back that we would be modifying some of our policies and we are. We modified our 'sticky bonus' policy and now use a straight cash bonus. That leads us to modify the policy in question. Players will no longer be prejudged at Nine.com. That policy was not player friendly and contrary to everything we are striving to accomplish. We admit that our risk managment team has been overly agressive at times, but we are listening to the feedback we receive and acting accordingly when we feel it's prudent. Thanks!
