Too hard to take vid on incline bench with dumbells. That's my normal bi workout. Strait bar does hit the peaks so I mix it in.

I don't mind if someone does curls with the olympic bar... some of the best results I got in college, I'd roll a towel around the bar where I gripped with each hand and do curls with an olympic bar.... was doing it for grip and forearms but ended up gaining 1/2 inch in 6 weeks.

my pet peeve with curls is guys that do them on the squat rack. I haven't done more than a few sets of regular barbell or db curls in the last few years though

Nope, but my brother did. Family moved down after I graduated HS from Fargo. Brother started 2 yrs and said not a program like it. After college I moved to Apple Valley, go to quite a few duels and I'm not kidding when I say they could handle quite a few college rosters.

ND nothing like MN in wrestling. But it's nice that I can say I was a two time state runner up. I don't tell people that there are only 24 schools in my div.

I do a lot of hunting in western ND. Pm me when you get up, I might be able to stear ya in a good direction.

Guy that I couldn't beat in HS was a guy that went on and won 3 greco jr national championships so I guess I can't complain.

Lord had a sense of humor with me. I have a 2 yr old daughter and ultrasound indicates the kiddo to pop out Wednesday is of the female gender also. But ya never know. They might have missed a JJ sized rooster in there!

Coach, did your ultrasound come back that you were going to be female? Did they miss the rooster in the initial scan?
