Mondays are always busy, especially during football season. Best to use chat on Mondays or call them in early in the morning if you want to get a hold of someone.

Don't call on Monday unless you are trying to withdraw. They have their hands full trying to fill the free withdrawal request. I couldn't get in last week and had them put last weeks request on today.
