Tennis Question: Match NIEMINEM VS NALBANDIAN

This match has a guy in decent form but has played 10+ matches in the past week (Nieminen) vs a guy who is the better player overall but is nicknamed Fatty and has played one match since October.

Shari, and others are right, THis is a tosss up, NALBANDIAN has a better winning record than NIEMINEM on consistency,

NIEMINEM is 6-2 this year, while NALBANDIAN hasn't even played a game.

You also have to consider a major factor.....Nieminem is dead tired from winning the Apia Sydney Open and having to play a doubles match right after. Cant see him winning three sets today. Nalbandian is a grinder. I'll take Nalbandian on this one.

Like I said, he's played a lot of tennis in the past week. But it's really hot and muggy here still. I think it'll probably come down to who wears out the quickest.

Check the rules of your book... all books are different. Many of them you get your money back if a player retires anytime; some have to have one set completed; some don't void any after the first ball is played.

Remember that for the future... some times you can work it in your advantage but at a time like today when one player was coming in exhausted and the other had questionable form, you're better off at a book where they void retirements completely just in case.
