I've lived in Los Angeles all my life and have never, ever seen a hockey net at a park. There is 0 chance that this is LA. I'm sorry Nicky you are awesome and I love the vid but there is no way! With all do respect, I find your comment questionable at best. If you look on the left side you'll see a stop sign. However, it has two lines on it. The only place I know that have signs like that is Canada. The top line is the French version for English "stop". To me, highly doubtful this video is in California.
