Anyone live If you live outside Europe, Middle East, Africa, Mexico or the US?

I'm trying to figure out what the deal is with ESPN Gameplan Online. As far as I can tell they aren't selling it and it's free for US to use ESPN360 for NCAAF.

But, I can't get it to work.

The players pops up, but it has an error and never connects. Can anyone confirm?
