I was told by stephanie last night in live chat that I would get a 20% bonus 5x roll over or I could do deposit with fees reimbursed no bonus and not have a roll over requirement....
Then I get advised this isn't correct....
Keep in mind I had an email 8/5 8/6 from Becky C and Tony with 5 dimes explaining I should be able to reactivate my account and receive a small bonus.
So I deposit and now they are saying I'm only eligible for my program bonuses...
Then they told me I wasted the bonus all on boxing, which was really MMA.... Anyways, i'm wondering wtf happened here and why I do a read back and say 20% bonus 5x roll over...if the bonus is really as they are indicating to me...5x roll over and 20% then 1x roll over... wtf is the point of that kind of a bonus...
Keep in mind the whole time I deposited to 5 dimes I'm under the impression im receiving a reactivation bonus and not a program bonus. I have the emails to prove this.

So I deposit, after going into live chat and reading back to the represenative that I would be depositing and getting a 20% bonus with 5 x roll over.... when in actually its a 5x rollover 20% bonus with 1 x rollover....
isn't this misleading... Also its a program bonus, not the bonus that I thought I would be getting per email from 8/6/08. They are claiming they added a bonus to the account 7/22/08 (which there was) but the rep in live chat never mentioned that until today when the manager was in live chat talking to me.
Edited to remove phone number/account id/password information was requested in the logs.

So I deposit, after going into live chat and reading back to the represenative that I would be depositing and getting a 20% bonus with 5 x roll over.... when in actually its a 5x rollover 20% bonus with 1 x rollover....
isn't this misleading... Also its a program bonus, not the bonus that I thought I would be getting per email from 8/6/08. They are claiming they added a bonus to the account 7/22/08 (which there was) but the rep in live chat never mentioned that until today when the manager was in live chat talking to me.
Edited to remove phone number/account id/password information was requested in the logs.
