What you fail to understand is that manny pacquiao does not have a say in who he fights. Or should I say manny doesn't have the balls to tell his promoter to make the fight happen. His career is completely dictated by bob arum. Bob arum calls the shots. This fight will not happen in may this is just manny trying to save face.

pacquiao is also lying about the guarantee. He asked bob arum for a $50 Million dollar guarantee.. and bob arum just laughed. No way bob arum wants to guarantee that much. That's why the fight isn't happening.
Any mayweather doesnt need a huge guarantee. even getting a % will land you over $50 Million. this fight could generate 3 million PPV buys.
but Arum AGAIN is falsely blaming floyd
