I need one where I can type in an English phrase, but which gives results with regular Latin alphabet. For example, I'd type in a phrase in English, translate to Chinese, and it would give me the words with our own letters and not Chinese characters.

Using Google translate there is a Letter A with an umlaut mark under the translation that gives it to you phonetically.

I want to tell you something > 私はあなたに何かをお伝えしたいと思います > Watashi wa anata ni nanika o otsutae shitai to omoimasu
