Yeah you're right, now that I've checked several sites, they all seem to stress that second half bets include OT but 4th quarter bets do NOT. My bad. I've only bet first quarters and never any other quarters because I don't do live betting and quarters after first shouldn't be bet beforehand.

Depends on the book. But from my experience, generally no, OT does not count towards 4th qtr bets, only 2nd half bets.
