i hope you're not even mentioning jordan's name in any serious comparison with lebron. Lebron is overrated, and thankfully since he proved to have no heart, he will never be considered better than any of the greats.

Why would you think that? All I'm saying is once Mj didn't have any rings either, I didn't say LbJ is his equal. And Lebron isn't overrated 'cause everyone knows he's horrible in the clutch but other than that his stats don't lie. Most dominating player in the league overall.

How can anyone even say LeBron? That is stupid. If I had one thing to say to LeBron, it would be "Get your jump shot up pal". Kobe is by far, and its really not even close, the best player on the planet. Look at the accomplishments. Durant is good, what really sets him apart is his height, Take some inches off, do you think he would even be competing with Kobe and company?

this debate is always great, but there is only one correct answer. durant is, without a doubt, the best pure scorer in the NBA right now. he has been, going on 3 years now. you can't guard him with a shooting guard, small forward, power forward. hes 6'10'' with a smooth jump shoot, incredible range, and he plays with such grace when he goes to the hoop and works in the paint, that its literally impossible to stop him. you're at his will. in terms of scoring, he is a 6'10'' version of Allen Iverson, only with a sweeter shooting stroke (much better FT % and FG%). I still take Kobe, EVERY TIME, in the clutch. But he is aging, getting hurt more often, and definitely has lost some quickness and explosiveness.
HAVING SAID ALL THAT, Lebron James is the BEST basketball player on the planet right now. Tell me one player, any one player in the league right now, that can play positions 1-5 at any given time on the court? Not only does he distribute as well and if not better than some of the elite PG's in the league today, he can rebound, block shots, steal passes, and play all-world defense. he is always the best player on the court in more ways than one. oh, lets not forget that he is leading the league in scoring right now also. maybe his increase in PPG is a byproduct of wade's injury, but lets not forget he has recommitted himself to his approach on the offense side of the ball. and he is shooting 60% from the field this year. he's number 1, in the prime of his career, and his going to win his 3rd MVP this year. end of discussion.

anyone that thinks derrick rose is the best player in the nba means they've watched nba for less than 5 years. all nba experts know that rose's time will come in 2+ years to be the best on the planet and win rings. Those that think he will win a ring in next 2 years are either homers or very new to basketball. Durant is not ready to win a ring this year. Once Kobe Lebron Wade Dirk Cp3 are done it will be Durant Howard Rose that start winning all the rings.
